This NPC allows to recycle Mob and Mini Boss Cards that usually lack value to players due to their ease of drop and/or lack of useful status and exchange it for useful consumables. While there was a similar version that was part of the Rotating NPC Events timeline, this NPC is permanent.
Location
This NPC is found in the second room of the Main Office (main_office,88,114). It can be accessed from the Prontera City center area or from the Statue of the God Warp service.
