Application
Requirements
- The applicant guild must be created.
- The applicant guild must have between 8 and 16 members.
- The applicant guild and its members must have played less than ONE (1) month.
- The applicant guild must have made a post on the Guild List Channel of the Adventures RO Discord server.
Procedure
- The Guild Leader must make a request through a Assistance Ticket in the Discord's Assistance Channel to get the secret code to claim the Guild Package at Prontera's Guilds Agency.
- The Guild Leader must specify the name of the Guild, the focus of the Guild (PvE, WoE, MvP, etc.) and detail in the message the Discord name of the Guild Leader and Sub Guild Leader in the Assistance Ticket.
- At the time of claiming the Guild Pack, all members who will receive it must all be online, without exception.
- At the time of claiming the Guild Pack, all members who will receive it must be Novice 1/1 (including the Guild Leader), without exception. @changegm command can be used if neccesary.
Note: The Guild Pack can only be claimed once per Guild and/or per player. If for any reason one of the members is not online at the time of the claim, that user will not receive the Package.
If a Guild Member fails the procedure by choosing the items or canceling the dialogue with the NPC, the Guild Pack for that character will have failed and personalized assistance will be required.
Conditions
- The approval of the applications is at the discretion of the Staff.
- The Staff reserves the right to discontinue a Guild Package if the players that make up the guild leave the server or stop being active, taking over the accounts where they were delivered.
