FAQ
The answers to the most frequently asked questions from our Community players, in one place.
Server
Will the Server System change to Renewal as the episodes progress?
No. Adventures RO is a server that was born and will remain with the Pre-Renewal System, which does not prevent it from adapting/taking things from the other System, however the bases will always remain as the classic RO that our community chose when entering.
Will 3rd/4th classes be implemented at some point?
No. These classes are very complicated to balance so they will only be available as visual skins. However, we can take some features from them in the future.
What episode does Adventures plan to update to?
There is no defined Episode limit, it will be adapted as much as possible but our update schedule is spaced out enough so that players can enjoy the current content.
How does adapted content work?
The content that is adapted from Renewal (items, equipment, cities, monsters, instances, etc.) is reviewed by the Staff, adapting it as faithfully as possible so that it does not negatively impact the game. In some cases, it is possible to make an exact adaptation with respect to the official content but in others it must be modified to something completely new and different, depending on each case.
Are the skills rebalanced/modified?
Some skills have undergone slight modifications to provide a better in-game experience while others present official modifications of the emulator that has been adapting patches and updates that have been made on official servers. For more information, click here.
Donations
How can I make a donation?
There are currently two methods of making transactions:
Paypal (automatic)
Making a donation can be so simple as sending the desired amount to one of the two available accounts:
- Cash Points address if you wish to purchase Cash Points.
- RMT Coins address if you wish to purchase RMT Coins.
Once the money has been transferred, the player can claim the Promotional Code that was sent to the donor's Paypal account email.
Keep in mind that to purchase RMT Coins you must respect a minimum donation amount. Click here for more info.
Other methods
For other donation methods (crypto or bank transfers from the available countries) an Assistance Ticket must be opened on the Discord Server.
Keep in mind that to purchase RMT Coins you must respect a minimum donation amount. Click here for more info.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount to make donations?
Depending on the type of donation, there is a minimum amount:
Cash Points
The minimum amount is ONE (1) dollar and all donations must be whole numbers.
RMT Coins
The minimum amount is TWELVE (12) dollars and all donations must be multiples of this number.
What are the rewards for donating?
There are three types of donation rewards in aRO, depending on what the player wants to obtain as a currency reward:
- Cash Points: Point used to adquire items from Cash Shop. Can be used as currency to exchange items or services between players. Auto-trade stores can be configured in this currency.
- RMT Coins: Coin used for exchange between players for real money values. Can be withdrawn from the server as a Paypal balance. Auto-trade stores can be configured in this currency.
- Wish Coins: Coin given as part of the Wish Coins Rewards Program. Obtained as an additional benefit after donating for Cash Points or converting RMT Coins into Cash. This currency can't be traded.
What type of donation currency should I choose?
When considering which one to choose, we recommend keeping the following in mind:
- Origin of the item/service you are looking for: Is this exclusive to the Cash Shop? Is it farmable and sellable by Players?
- Additional rewards: Are you interested in costumes or benefits of the Wish Coins Rewards Program? Do you prefer to have a currency that can be converted into Paypal balance?
Additional rewards for donate a certain amount
Currently, a montlhy Donation Goal Rewards Program is available, allowing players to make a single transaction to achieve the reward or make several until you achieve it. These prizes rotate every month. Among them, the Costume Garment Box, New Aura Box, extra Wish Coins, extra Zeny and extra Cash Points have been available.

Game Crash
Normally ingame crashes can be due to two reasons:
- The lack of some game file/sprite: In the first case, the solution is as simple as updating through 'Adventures Launcher v3.0.exe' file.
- Some third party software not allowed by Gepard protection: We recommend closing all software related to peripherals with a macro system.
Update Problem
If you are unable to update the game client, try one of the following options:
- Locate and delete the 'patch.dat' file in the game client folder.
- Create an exception on Windows Defender or another antivirus/firewall you use for the 'Adventures Launcher v3.0.exe' file.
- Temporarily disable Antivirus (in Windows Defender you can find this option under: Antivirus and threat protection / Antivirus and threat protection settings / Real-time protection: Off).
- If all of the above doesn’t work, we recommend downloading the client again with the antivirus/firewall temporarily disabled.
- If you don’t have the Patcher.exe file, you can download it from here.
Upload or view Guild Emblems
- The emblems must be an image format .BMP or .GIF of exact 24×24 pixels (animated gifs are allowed).
- The emblems must be housed within the Client Folder, in a so-called emblem. Example: AdventuresRO/Emblem. 3 .Have the latest Server update. To confirm this, simply open the Patcher.exe file found in the Client folder.
