Psychic Wave (Alt: Psychic Wave) is a new offensive skill currently available while using Mental Stick as a Professor.
Effect
Emits a swirling wave of psychic energy on a targeted location that will inflict Neutral property magic damage every half a second to all enemies within its area of effect.
