Enter El Dicastes, the capital city of the wood-like people of the Sapha Tribe. To access this hidden place, you have to complete the Sapha Ambassador Quest!
Introduction
To the east lies a city like no other. Covered in perpetual snow and surrounded by giant shards of sharp ice, the capital of the Sapha offers plenty of opportunity for adventure...if you can survive it!
Help the Sapha in their fight for survival, craft new items and armor, enter the lair of the Scaraba's offspring... the possibilities are endless just like the endless winter.
