About All characters, regardless of level, can reach level 10 Mastery. However, only characters with a level of 99/70 can access the later levels. The difficulty is designed so that the first levels are simple and accessible, allowing players to familiarize themselves with the system, unlike the last 10 levels. There are two types of reset: one that returns the level to 0 (Free), and another that allows you to re-assign points without having to level up again (Premium).
