Overview

Rogues are a versatile class, only really lacking in PvM skills but excelling in PvP and WoE. With their strip skills, Rogues can render most classes useless in a PvP environment. With Gank, a Rogue can obtain double the loot another class could gather in the same amount of time. Rogues can wield bows, daggers, or swords and can copy a variety of player skills to help them level, although a Rogue cannot use Intimidate to its full potential like its transcendent counterpart can. On a different note, Rogues can be excellent at soloing things in a PvM environment. Their high dodge, fast attacks, and stealthy nature make them a force to be reckoned with in a dungeon.

Gear Progression

Start by buying a Dagger at Izlude's Weapon Shop, or a bow at Hugel.

Job 40 or higher

To change class you must at least be job 40 but is always recommended to be at 50.

Mastery is recommended, but not mandatory:

  • Double Strafe
  • Or Double Attack

Equip Example

==== As Rogue you'll focus on double strafe or double attack. ====

Recommended Gear Progression (As Newbie)

Adventurers Guild

The adventurers set is an own set of the server, it is almost free, the only requirement is to perform the quests it has for you.

It is divided into three tiers, doubling its cost each time, getting the complete set without the weapon has a value of 20, 40 and 80.

We recommend getting the set as it is account bound and you can use it on your next characters, it is not tradeable.

You can replace the bow for dagger or sword option or what suits you better, it is just a suggestion and it is NOT mandatory to have the weapon of the set to take advantage of the benefits. This choice maybe change leveling spots only.
