New Moon Kick is a new offensive skill currently available while using Winter Set in Winter Dungeon during Winter Event as Star Gladiator.
Effect
Strike a target and all foes around the target. This skill affect the HIT when being used, on lowers levels penalizes it and on highers levels bonuses it.
You can use this skill with any weapon. And don't need arrows equipped if with a bow, but its range is still 2.
