             What is a Master Account?

             A Master Account is your main Control Panel profile used to create, manage, and organize your game accounts in one place.
             It makes account creation much simpler and provides modern login options such as Discord and Google.

             ✅ Note: A Master Account does not merge characters. It is an ownership & management profile in the Control Panel.

                 👥 Grouping: A Master Account can group up to 20 different game accounts.

                 🔑 Independent passwords: Each game account may have its own password.

                 🔗 Linked by default: Accounts remain linked to the Master Account unless you unlink/transfer them.

           🚀 Quick Start (Recommended)

             1) Open the Control Panel and choose Sign up / Log in with Discord or Sign up / Log in with Google.

             2) After logging in, you can create and manage your game accounts directly from the panel.

             3) Use the Master Account as your “hub” to keep all accounts organized under one profile.

           🔗 How accounts are linked

             All game accounts are linked to a Master Account.

             Older accounts (created before this system):

             They were automatically linked to the email address used when the account was originally created.

             Transfers:

             You can transfer a game account to a different Master Account from the Control Panel (User section), as long as you follow the panel’s transfer flow.

Do I need a Master Account to play?

Yes. The Control Panel uses Master Accounts as the main profile for ownership and account management.

Can I have multiple game accounts under one Master Account?

Yes. A single Master Account can group up to 20 different game accounts.

Do all grouped game accounts share the same password?

Not necessarily. Each game account may have an independent password. Grouping is about ownership & management, not password sharing.

Can I unlink or move a game account to another Master Account?

Yes. Transfers can be done from the Control Panel (User section) using the built-in transfer options.

I had an old account and I can’t log in with Discord/Google. What do I do?

             Use the Forgot password / Regenerate password option for your Master Account.
             Older accounts were migrated with an automatically generated random password during the implementation, so resetting the password is the correct way to regain access.

         🛠️ Troubleshooting

I logged in with Discord/Google and I don’t see my old game account.

               Your old game account was likely linked to the original email used at creation. Make sure you are logging into the Master Account that matches that email,
               or reset your Master Account password using Forgot password to access the correct profile.

Password reset takes me back to the panel but my account still won’t work in-game.

               Ensure you are resetting the correct profile (the Master Account tied to your email), then confirm the game account password inside the Control Panel.
               Remember: game accounts can have independent passwords.

I want to reorganize accounts between players or emails.

               Use the Control Panel transfer options to move a game account from one Master Account to another. This keeps ownership clear and avoids account-sharing issues.

           💡 If you still can’t access your Master Account, use Forgot password first — it fixes most “legacy login” issues.
