Star Emperor's Descent (Alt: Star Emperor's Descent) is a new offensive skill currently available while using Winter Set in Winter Dungeon during Winter Event as Star Gladiator.
Effect
Can be used in WoE and PvP.
The Star Emperor has learned the laws of the universe. Enables you to discharge energy, attacking and Silencing surrounding enemies.
